Leah Miller is a Canadian television host. She was born on July 20, 1981. She used to be a VJ (video jockey) for MuchMusic. Leah also hosted So You Think You Can Dance Canada for three seasons. She was a reporter for the entertainment news show etalk too.

Early Life and Dance

Leah Miller grew up in Toronto, Ontario. She is the youngest of four children. She has an older sister and two older brothers. When she was 13, Leah won a big dance competition. It was called Miss Junior Dance of Canada. She loved dancing and competed until she was 16 years old.

After high school, Leah moved to Los Angeles. She wanted to try acting there. She worked on a TV show called Punk'd. She also appeared in a movie called Down to Earth. After a few years, she missed her family. So, she moved back to Toronto.

Her Television Career

Leah Miller has had a busy career in television. She worked for several popular shows.

MuchMusic VJ

In November 2004, Leah became a VJ for MuchMusic. She had tried out for the job for four years! She hosted a very popular show called MuchOnDemand. She did this for five years. Leah also hosted the Much Music Video Awards. These awards celebrate the best music videos. She interviewed many famous people. Some of them were Coldplay, Gwen Stefani, and Taylor Swift. Her last MuchOnDemand episode was on August 31, 2009.

Hosting So You Think You Can Dance Canada

In April 2008, Leah got a new big role. She became the host of So You Think You Can Dance Canada. This show started in September of that year. It was a dance competition where people showed off their amazing skills. Leah won an award for her hosting. It was the 2009 Gemini Award. She was nominated again in 2010.

Reporting for etalk

In November 2009, Leah joined the show etalk. She became a reporter for entertainment news. In February 2010, she helped cover the 2010 Winter Olympics. She reported from Vancouver for CTV.

Personal Life

Leah Miller started dating musician Dallas Green in 2006. They got married in December 2008.

In November 2020, Leah opened her own shop. It was called Wolf & Moon. It was a lifestyle store in Rosedale, Toronto. The shop has since closed down.
