Lee is a small, unincorporated community in Elko County, Nevada, United States. It is located on land that belongs to the South Fork Band of the Te-Moak Tribe of Western Shoshone Indians of Nevada. Lee is found at the western base of the Ruby Mountains range. It is also part of the Elko Micropolitan Statistical Area.
History of Lee
A post office was opened in Lee in the year 1882. The community got its name from Lee Creek. This creek flows very close to the area where Lee is located.
