Lees Creek, also known as Centerville, is a small community in Ohio, United States. It's not a city or a village with its own local government. Instead, it's a community that is part of a larger area called Wayne Township in Clinton County.
You can find Lees Creek in the middle of Wayne Township. It's located where State Route 729 meets Cox Road. This community is about 6 miles (9.5 km) south of a town called Sabina. It's also about 12 miles (19 km) southeast of Wilmington, which is the main city and government center for Clinton County.
Lees Creek used to have its own post office. That post office closed in 2012. Now, people and places in Lees Creek, including East Clinton High School, use a Sabina mailing address. Lees Creek is also home to East Clinton Middle School.

How Lees Creek Got Its Name
Lees Creek was first established in 1816. When it was first created, it was called Centerville. The community's name changed to Lees Creek later on. This new name came from a nearby stream also called Lees Creek. A post office opened in the community in 1819, and it has been known as Lees Creek ever since.
