History of Les Masies de Roda

In the late 1900s, there was a larger municipality called Sant Pere de Roda. This area was later divided into two separate towns. These new towns became Les Masies de Roda and Roda de Ter.

Les Masies de Roda is known as the more rural part of the original area. This means it has more countryside, farms, and open spaces. The other town, Roda de Ter, is more urban with more buildings and businesses.
