About Lilly the Witch
What's the Story?
Lilly the Witch is all about the exciting adventures of a girl named Lilly. One day, she finds an old, magical book. She also makes friends with Hector, a chubby dragon who takes care of the book. Hector comes to life and teaches Lilly how to use magic. Together, they travel through time and around the world!
Who are the Characters?
Main Characters
- Lilly is a 9-year-old girl. She finds a magic book and goes on many wild adventures across the globe.
- Hector is a funny, small green dragon. He knows a lot about magic. He is Lilly's best friend and goes with her on all her journeys.

How the Show Was Made
The first two seasons of Lilly the Witch were made by Trixter Productions in Germany, Vivatoon (Hector) Inc. in Canada, and Magma Films in Ireland. Seven years after the second season, a third season came out on September 26, 2014, in Germany.
The third season was made by Trixter Entertainment in Germany, Dor Film in Austria, and AT-Anim in Belgium. The first two seasons used a simpler, traditional animation style. The new third season used a more detailed digital animation style called Flash animation. Many of the people working on the show changed, and Lilly's new look in the third season was more like the original books.
