Limestone is a small village in Kankakee County, Illinois, United States. It is part of Limestone Township. The village was officially formed in November 2006.
In 2010, about 1,598 people lived there. By 2020, the population was 1,558. Limestone is part of the larger Kankakee–Bradley area. This area includes all of Kankakee County.

Limestone village is in the middle of Kankakee County. It is about 6 miles (10 km) west of Kankakee. Kankakee is the main city and county seat. You can get to Limestone using Illinois Route 17.
