The Town of Lincoln is a small community in Adams County, Wisconsin. It's a part of the U.S. state of Wisconsin. In 2020, about 320 people lived there. This was a small increase from 296 people in 2010. A historic place called Springbluff, which is now a ghost town, was once located here.
