Anna Lisbeth Christina Palme, née Beck-Friis (14 March 1931 – 18 October 2018) was a Swedish psychologist and civil servant. She was a former chairperson of UNICEF. She studied to be a child psychologist. She is the widow of late Swedish Prime Minister Olof Palme.
She was the chairwoman of the Swedish UNICEF Committee from November 1986 until her death in 2018, and was a member of the Organisation of African Unity committee of investigation into the Rwandan genocide which reported its findings in 2000. She was worldwide chairwoman of UNICEF in 1990–91.
Olof Palme was shot and killed on 28 February 1986. Lisbet Palme was also injured in the shooting.
Palme died in Stockholm on 18 October 2018 at the age of 87.
