"Purr-fect Partners": Dudley Puppy joins T.U.F.F. as a new agent. He teams up with Kitty Katswell to stop Verminious Snaptrap, the leader of D.O.O.M., from taking over Petropolis. They become a great crime-fighting team.

"Doom-mates": Kitty's life is in danger, and Dudley must protect her from the evil Chameleon. But Dudley's way of "protection" might be a problem for Kitty!

"Cruisin' for a Bruisin'": Kitty tells Dudley they are on a stakeout during their T.U.F.F. vacation cruise. She doesn't know that Snaptrap and his D.O.O.M. iceberg are heading right for their ship!

"Puppy Love": Dudley likes the new temp at T.U.F.F., Fifi Oui Oui. Kitty and Keswick help him, but they soon realize Fifi is the Chameleon in disguise, trying to destroy T.U.F.F. headquarters.

"Mall Rat": Snaptrap pretends to be good after leaving prison. He gives free things to people in Petropolis. Kitty doesn't believe him. When Snaptrap tries to launch the mall into the sun, Kitty must save everyone.

"Super Duper Crime Busters": A TV show films T.U.F.F. agents for a day. It's the most boring day at T.U.F.F., and the agents try to make it exciting for the TV crew.

"Disobedience School": T.U.F.F. agents want to go to Lava Land, but Snaptrap opens a new school for criminals. Dudley must go undercover there while the others have fun.
"The Dog Who Cried Fish": Dudley picks up lunch and catches an insane fish named the Caped Cod. The Caped Cod wants to rule the "Above Water" and destroy Dudley, who he thinks is the king!

"The Rat Pack": Keswick's cloning machine falls into the wrong hands, and Petropolis is filled with Snaptrap clones. Dudley uses his own tricks, including extra Dudleys, to fight them.
"Booby Trap": Bird Brain is the last blue-bottomed booby, putting him on the endangered species list. T.U.F.F. can't touch him. Dudley and Kitty must find a way to stop Bird Brain from robbing the town.

"Snappy Campers": Snaptrap returns to Camp Itchy-Owie-Boo-Boo to win the "Camp Champ" award by cheating. Dudley and Kitty go undercover as campers to stop him.
"Lucky Duck": Dudley's favorite TV host, Quacky the Duck, tries to get rid of the chairman to get revenge for his show being canceled.

"The Curse of King Mutt": Protecting the King Mutt exhibit at the museum is hard for Dudley and Kitty, especially since Dudley can't stop wanting to bury the jewel-covered bone scepter.
"Bored of Education": Dudley and Kitty visit Career Day. The Chameleon tricks first graders into a life of crime. Dudley and Kitty must convince them that being good means following rules.

"Guard Dog": The Chameleon sees Snaptrap commit a crime and agrees to testify. Dudley must keep the Chameleon safe on a train ride, but the Chameleon's strange habits make it difficult.
"Dog Save the Queen": The Chameleon threatens to steal the Queen of the United Kingdom's Crown Jewels. Dudley and Kitty help B.U.F.F. (British Undercover Fighting Force) to stop him in a strange land with a language barrier.

"Doom and Gloom": Larry leaves Snaptrap and forms his own evil group, G.L.O.O.M. (Genius Larry's Order Of Mayhem). Dudley and Kitty find that Larry is even better at being bad than Snaptrap.
"Law and Odor": The Stink Bug, Petropolis's worst-smelling villain, returns. Keswick has a cold, and Dudley's super-sensitive nose is useless. T.U.F.F. needs a plan before the Stink Bug makes Petropolis smell terrible.

The villains of Petropolis team up to ruin Christmas. Dudley and Kitty must stop them and save Santa and his elves before midnight so everyone can get presents. This is the first half-hour special episode.

"Big Dog on Campus": Dudley and Kitty go undercover at Dudley's high school reunion to stop a villain from blowing it up.
"Dog's Best Friend": Snaptrap sends a killer robot to destroy T.U.F.F., but Dudley finds it and becomes friends with it.

During a space mission, Dudley accidentally breaks the new T.U.F.F-Turbo-Laser into three pieces. Snaptrap wants the laser to heat up all the corn on Earth and raise popcorn prices, but using it will destroy the planet. Dudley and Kitty race to the ocean floor, a volcano, and a suburban house to get the pieces back before Snaptrap.

"Monkey Business": A popular boy band needs T.U.F.F. to protect them, but Dudley isn't a fan.
"Diary of a Mad Cat": Dudley accidentally sends Kitty's diary in a mass email, showing her weaknesses to her enemies.

"Dudley Do-Wrong": The Chameleon pretends to be the mayor and shuts down T.U.F.F.
"Puppy Unplugged": Birdbrain cuts off power to Petropolis and destroys technology.

"Top Dog": Dudley takes over for a sick Chief. The Fiendish League of Potential Perpetrators (F.L.O.P.P.) tries to commit their first crime.
"Quack in the Box": Quacky and the Sharing Moose return to get revenge on Dudley. They open a fast food chain and try to frame Dudley for ruining their competitors.

"Lie Like A Dog": Dudley often lies about having a dentist appointment to avoid work. He ends up stopping villains while relaxing, but he has to hide his identity when caught on camera, so he can't claim rewards.
"Cold Fish": The crazy Caped Cod escapes and wants to destroy Petropolis by melting a huge iceberg, flooding the city. Dudley isn't sure who the real enemy is: the Caped Cod or the warm pants he has to wear.

"Freaky Spy Day": Dudley hears a message from Kitty's old partner, Jack Rabbit, asking to meet. Dudley thinks Jack is planning something bad. He uses a brain-switching device to swap brains with Kitty and spends the day with Jack in Kitty's body.
"Dog Tired": Snaptrap gets a Dream Destroyer and plans to make Dudley's dreams so good that he never wants to wake up.

"Pup Daddy": Dudley accidentally uses Keswick's Young Gun, turning the T.U.F.F. agents into teenagers, kids, and babies.
"Candy Cane-ine": A candy maker asks T.U.F.F. to test his security system for his new secret candy, The Atomic Bomb Pop.

"Bark to the Future": Keswick creates an invention to help T.U.F.F. agents see the Chameleon no matter what he turns into. The Chameleon disguises himself as future Dudley to get the invention.
"Lights, Camera, Quacktion": Quacky the Duck and the Sharing Moose cast the T.U.F.F. agents in their new movie, "Not a Real Movie." This is a clever plan to make the agents steal gold and frame them.

Dudley and Kitty try to stop the bad guys from ruining Halloween for everyone.

"Bark to Nature": T.U.F.F. learns Snaptrap is stealing picnic baskets in Yellowbone Park. The agents use Keswick's new RV to drive there and stop him.

"Mutts and Bolts": Dudley gets struck by lightning and can now predict the future.

"Dog House": Snaptrap tries to get close to Dudley by pretending to be his new roommate!
"Time Waits for No Mutt": Dudley is always late, and Chief warns him he'll be fired if it happens again. Dudley tries to get to work on time, but villains try their best to stop him.

"Mud With Power": Dudley wants to be in charge, so he orders creatures called Mudbuglets. They evolve and team up with Snaptrap to defeat Dudley.
"Legal Beagle": Dudley decides to follow a book of silly laws. Meanwhile, Bird Brain, The Chameleon, and Snaptrap plan to blow up T.U.F.F. because it's legal.

"Hush Puppy": Kitty, Keswick, and The Chief are tired of Dudley yelling. Keswick puts a special collar on Dudley that blocks his voice.
"Quacky Birthday": A few days before Dudley's birthday, Quacky the Duck and Sharing Moose offer a fake place to celebrate his birthday.

"Sheep Dog": Dudley goes undercover as a lady sheep to catch the Chameleon.
"Mom's Away": T.U.F.F. finds out that Snaptrap has captured all the mothers. This was the last episode to premiere on Nickelodeon; future episodes aired on Nicktoons.

"Love Bird": Bird Brain invents a "Lovey-Dovey-Kissy-Smoochy" gun that makes targets fall in love with him. He tries it at the bank, but Dudley shields someone and falls in love with Bird Brain instead.
"Bluff Puppy": F.L.O.P.P. returns with a buffalo named Bluffalo, who only lies about committing crimes instead of doing them.

"TUFF Cookies": Dudley is sad because he's never been a spokesperson. He agrees to be in Quacky the Duck's commercial for his new cookie brand, "Animal Quackers."

"Subliminal Criminal": Dudley drinks Keswick's special formula to understand how criminals think.
"Acting T.U.F.F.": Dudley's favorite actor, Woodchuck Norris, comes to T.U.F.F. to make a movie.

"Close Encounters of the Doomed Kind": Snaptrap steals an alien ship and uses its weapons to cause chaos in Petropolis.
"Golden Retriever": D.O.O.M. searches for a gold nugget in an Old West town. Their actions could make the town fall apart.

Snaptrap, D.O.O.M., and The Chameleon are stealing gifts at weddings. Dudley and Kitty must pretend to get married to stop them.

"Crime Takes a Holiday": The Chameleon dresses up as the Easter Bunny and goes on a crime spree in Petropolis.

"Flower Power": Birdbrain finds a rare flower that makes him impossible to defeat. Dudley and Kitty go to the rainforest to stop him.

"The Spelling Bee": The Wanna-bee kidnaps all the kids at the spelling bee and challenges Dudley to a spelling competition.

"House Broken": While T.U.F.F. agents are traveling, Snaptrap breaks into Keswick's house to steal his new invention, the head shrinker.

"Pup in the Air": Birdbrain uses an anti-gravity device to fly. He turns it up too high, and all of Petropolis starts floating.

"Scared Wit-Less": Snaptrap pretends to be a safety instructor and scares Dudley so much that he doesn't want to be a secret agent anymore.

Dudley, Kitty, and Keswick quit their jobs because they feel unappreciated. But they are needed when Chief is kidnapped by a new villain called the Overbear.

"T.U.F.F. Love": Keswick asks Dudley to help him impress his dream girl, Tammy.
"Soar Loser": Birdbrain steals the new Skatebird to get revenge on the Owl Force Academy for not accepting him.

"Dead or a Lie": Dudley pretends to have eaten poisonous cupcakes to save Kitty. Kitty tries to make his possible last day the best ever.
"Tourist Trap": Kitty and Dudley win a trip to Hawaii with Snaptrap. But Kitty ends up being kidnapped by the Weasel.

"Hide and Ghost Seek": T.U.F.F. is hired to get rid of a ghost inside an old mansion.
"Cod Squad": The Caped Cod puts a robotic shark in the lake to catch the fishermen in Petropolis.

"Barking Bad": Birdbrain's new invention, the "De-Good-Ifyer," turns Kitty, Keswick, and Chief evil.
"Smarty Pants": Keswick creates a pair of pants that make Dudley a genius, but they also make him care less about his friends.

"Great Scott": T.U.F.F. goes to Scotland because Dudley is related to a legendary Scottish hero who defeated the Loch Ness Monster.
"To Be or Not to Bee": Dudley and the Wanna Bee team up to defeat Wanna Bee's brother, who was changed by scientists and plans to rule the world.

"While the Cats Away": Kitty has trouble taking a break from work, so Dudley is assigned to teach her how to relax.
"Sweet Revenge": The Wanna-bee tries to destroy Petropolis's maple syrup supply so he can sell his honey as a pancake topping.

"Puff Puppy": Dudley accidentally creates a portal that makes everything that enters it unbreakable and "puffy." But the downside is that these things also expand until they explode.
"Stressed to Kill": Chief is very stressed because of Dudley, who is trying to help him relax. This is the last episode of the series.
