Scott Fellows (born September 28, 1965) is an American writer, producer, and director. He is famous for creating popular TV shows like Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide and Big Time Rush for Nickelodeon. He also created the animated show Johnny Test, which first aired on Kids' WB and Cartoon Network, and later got a new version on Netflix.
