Story of the Supernoobs
The show follows four 12-year-old best friends: Tyler, Kevin, Shope, and the Roach. They live in a town called Cornbury. Besides dealing with middle school life, they have a huge secret. They must stop tiny alien assassins from infecting people on Earth. These infected people then try to destroy the friends and the whole world!
Meet the Characters
The Supernoobs
These four middle school students from Cornbury get special alien orb-like weapons called Battle Balls. These balls give them amazing superpowers! But sometimes, when they're not fighting the alien virus, they use their powers for fun or lose their Battle Balls. This often leads to funny and crazy problems.
- Tyler Bowman (voiced by Matt Hill) – He has the blue Battle Ball. It lets him teleport and makes his senses super sharp. He can even read minds! When he uses his power, his blonde hair turns blue. Tyler is usually the leader and tries to do the right thing. He also has a crush on a girl named Amy Anderson. After his Battle Ball got damaged, he gained a new power: telekinesis, which means he can move things with his mind.
- Kevin Reynolds (voiced by Richard Ian Cox) – He uses the red Battle Ball. This ball lets him change into different animals. A funny thing about Kevin is that he often turns into an opossum or something else by mistake! His black hair turns red when he uses his power. Kevin is often the most selfish and uses his powers for fun. After his Battle Ball was fixed, he could also turn into a "Virus" version of animals.
- Jennifer Shope (voiced by Tabitha St. Germain) – She is the smartest in the group and loves science. Shope has the purple Battle Ball. It lets her control natural forces like water and electricity. Her black hair turns purple when she uses her power. Her friends usually call her Shope. After her Battle Ball was repaired, she gained a new power: bending tiny frequencies.
- Theodore Roachmont (voiced by Lee Tockar) – Everyone calls him Roach or The Roach. He is the shortest of the Supernoobs and has messy red hair where he sometimes keeps things. Roach has the green Battle Ball. It gives him the power to fly and super strength, especially by making his fists bigger. His red hair turns green. Roach is usually the most innocent and kind-hearted. He sometimes comes up with brilliant ideas by accident, like combining the Battle Balls to make a vehicle. He also tends to like older female characters. After his Battle Ball was fixed, he gained a strange new power: he can remove his own arms!
Other People in Cornbury
- Jock Jockerson (voiced by Michael Adamthwaite) – A big, athletic classmate who often bullies the Noobs. He's not very smart and gets angry easily. He often ends up in his underwear because of the Noobs' adventures!
- Principal Warmerammer (voiced by Maryke Hendrikse) – The strict principal of the Noobs' school. She often suspects the Noobs are up to something.
- Amy Anderson (voiced by Maryke Hendrikse) – A classmate who Tyler likes a lot. She seems to like him back, especially his superhero self.
- Mr. Wertz (voiced by Michael Adamthwaite) – He used to be a science teacher. He believes in aliens and tries to expose the Noobs. He even tried to control everyone's minds with special goggles!
The Benevolent Alliance
This is a group from space that fights the virus and tries to find out who created it.
- Zenblock / Zen (voiced by Michael Adamthwaite) – A blue alien who looks like a dragon. He works with Mem. Zen is tougher but can also be childish. He and Mem were sent to Earth to find warriors but picked the Noobs by mistake. He often makes fun of the Noobs but cares about them. He can turn into a human named "Rob."
- Memnock / Mem (voiced by Bill Mondy) – A green-yellow alien dragon, Zen's partner. Mem is more sensitive and softer. Like Zen, he gets annoyed by the Noobs' silly actions. He loves cooking. He can turn into a human named "Bob."
- XR4Ti (voiced by Rebecca Shoichet) – The smart computer brain of Mem and Zen's spaceship, the Galacticus. She is often the sensible one and acts like a stern parent to Mem, Zen, and the Noobs.
- General Blorgon (voiced by Scott McNeil) – The leader of the Benevolent Alliance. He is a blue-skinned alien with mind powers. He is Mem and Zen's boss and can be very strict.
The Bad Guys
- "V"irus – This alien virus comes from space. It infects living things and turns them into wild monsters. The Benevolent Alliance and the Supernoobs fight it and try to find out who made it.
- Count Venamus (voiced by Trevor Devall) – A tusked, octopus-like alien and a wanted criminal. He works for the unknown creators of the virus. He tries to infect warriors who fight the virus. The Noobs exposed him, and now he wants revenge.
- The Creators of the Virus – Not much is known about them, except that they made the virus and spread it across the universe. They have agents like Count Venamus helping them.
- The Incredibly Amazing Man (voiced by Andrew Francis) – A "superhero" from another galaxy. He fights the virus but causes a lot of destruction. He is very arrogant and loves selling his own merchandise.
