Coquitlam is a busy city in British Columbia, Canada. It's one of the biggest cities in the Metro Vancouver area. Coquitlam is known for its many tall buildings, especially in the Coquitlam Town Centre.
This area is the main part of Coquitlam, with lots of homes and shops. Many tall buildings have been built here since the mid-2000s. A big reason for this growth is the Evergreen Extension. This is a part of the SkyTrain system, which is like an elevated train. The Coquitlam Town Centre has the most high-rise apartment buildings in the Tri-Cities area.
As of April 2024, Coquitlam has 12 buildings that are over 100 meters (328 feet) tall. The very tallest building right now is called 567 Clarke + Como. It stands at 162.2 meters (532 feet) high!
