Surrey is the second most populous city in Metro Vancouver and the second most populous city in British Columbia. The city is home to seven buildings over 100 m (330 ft) tall, including those currently under construction or proposed. As of September 2019, the tallest building in the city is the 157.3 m (516 ft) tall 3 Civic Plaza.
Surrey City Centre, the central residential and commercial district of Surrey, has become home to numerous high-rise buildings since the mid-2000s. The district contains the highest concentration of high-rise condominiums in Metro Vancouver south of the Fraser River.
