The water here comes from the natural divide between Little Neshannock Creek and the Shenango River.
The Creek's Journey
As Little Neshannock Creek flows, it travels generally south. It collects water from a total area of about 50.65 square miles (131.2 km2). This area is known as its basin or watershed. Along its path, other smaller streams join it. These are also called tributaries. One important tributary that joins from the right side is named West Branch.
Where the Creek Ends
