Little Shaddox Creek is a small stream, about 3.10 mi (4.99 km) long. It flows into the Cape Fear River in Lee County, North Carolina. This creek is special because it's the only one with this name in the entire United States.

Little Shaddox Creek begins its journey about 3 miles south-southwest of a place called Blacknel, North Carolina. From there, it flows mostly towards the east. Its path ends when it joins the larger Cape Fear River. This meeting point is about 3 miles south of Moncure, North Carolina.
