Live in Atlanta facts for kids
Destiny's Child: Live in Atlanta is a concert film by the famous music group Destiny's Child. It shows the group performing live in Atlanta, Georgia, at the Philips Arena. This concert happened on July 15, 2005.
The concert was part of their "Destiny Fulfilled ... And Lovin' It" tour. This tour was special because it was the last one for Destiny's Child as a group. The DVD was released in the United States on March 28, 2006. It was very popular, selling many copies. The RIAA even certified it as Platinum, which means it sold over a million copies. A Platinum award shows how successful the DVD was!
This concert was also released as a two-disc CD, but only in Japan. Later, it was released on Blu-ray on February 20, 2007. The show is about 110 minutes long and features many of their hit songs.
