Madame Flavour is an Australian company that makes yummy teas and herbal teas. Corinne Noyes started it in 2007. She noticed that people wanted really good loose leaf tea, and she decided to create it!

What's Inside the Box?
Madame Flavour designs its products with girls and women in mind. Inside their tea boxes, you might find fun letters or even coloring pages! This helps Corinne connect with her customers. When the teas first came out, Corinne even signed 1,000 letters herself. People loved it so much that 20,000 letters were sent back to the company!
You can buy the teas as loose leaves or in special pyramid-shaped teabags. They also have infuser pods. These teabags are super cool because they are made from corn starch. This means they are good for the environment and can break down naturally.
Discovering Madame Flavour Tea Blends
Madame Flavour offers many different types of tea. In 2011, some popular teas included Signature Blend and Grey De Luxe. They also had Sultry Chai, Green, Jasmine and Pear, and White with Rose. That same year, they added a Mint Lavender herbal tea. This tea has no caffeine and mixes peppermint, spearmint, and lavender. Corinne was inspired to create this blend by her rainforest property in South Gippsland.
In 2012, the company made smaller, cheaper 18-pack versions of their teas. These included Special Blend 18 and Grey de Luxe 18.
Sweet Tea Treats
In 2015, Madame Flavour launched a new range called "Tea Treats." These were the first dessert-inspired teas in Australian supermarkets! Imagine teas that taste like your favorite sweets. Some of these fun flavors included Orange Choc Ceylon, Caramel Oolong, and Mint Choc Rooibos.
In Winter 2016, they added more new blends. These were Blood Orange Fruit Tea, Ginger Masala Chai, and Green Jasmine Pear.
Where Do the Ingredients Come From?
Madame Flavour uses special ingredients from different places. For example, their Earl Grey Twist tea has lemon myrtle from a farm in Lismore. The Sultry Chai blend uses Australian mountain pepper leaf from South Gippsland. Their English Breakfast tea has organic Assam loose leaves from Sri Lanka. The Mint Lavender blend gets its lavender from France and round leaf mint from Gippsland.
Where Can You Find Madame Flavour?
Madame Flavour teas are sold in many places. In 2008, Corinne showed her teas to a big supermarket chain. By July of that year, her teas were in 700 supermarkets!
By 2012, you could find their teas in over 1200 supermarkets. In 2015, this number grew to more than 1800 supermarkets. This includes big stores like Coles, Woolworths, and New Zealand's Countdown. Madame Flavour teas are also served on Virgin Australia flights. You can even find them in fancy Crown and Metropole hotels.
The company makes about 15 million tea bags each year. They have up to 60 different kinds of tea! In 2017, their teas were available in New Zealand, Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong.

Corinne Noyes started the business from her home in Highett in 2007. In 2011, Corinne and her family moved to Gippsland. The business then moved to a commercial building in Highett. Now, the company operates from Brighton.
Awards and Campaigns
Madame Flavour has received recognition for its work. In 2011, Corinne Noyes was a finalist for the Telstra Business Women's awards in Victoria. In 2012, their infuser pods were finalists in the Food Magazine Awards.
A special campaign called "Let beautiful happen" was also recognized. It was a finalist in the 2013 Melbourne Design Awards. In 2014, Madame Flavour supported the Fish Creek Tea Cosy Festival.
