Maipú is a city in Mendoza Province, Argentina. It is the main city of the Maipú Department. You can find it very close to Mendoza, which is the capital city of the province.
Maipú is famous for its many vineyards. It is a very important place for making wine. The city even has a special museum about wine! In 2010, about 106,662 people lived in Maipú.
