Mangalsen (Nepali: मंगलसेन) is a special town in Nepal. It is a municipality and the main city of Achham District. This district is located in the Sudurpashchim Province of Nepal.
Mangalsen became a municipality on May 18, 2014. This happened when several smaller villages joined together to form the bigger town. These villages included Janalibandali, Kuntibandali, Oligaun, Jupu, and Kalagaun.
