Manokotak (which means Manuquutaq in the local language) is a small city in Alaska, United States. It is located in the Dillingham Census Area. In 2010, about 442 people lived there. The population grew from 399 people in 2000. By 2020, the population reached 488 people.

Manokotak has been home to some interesting people:
- Thomas O. Madole was a Village Public Safety Officer (VPSO). He worked to keep the community safe. After a difficult event, changes were made to Alaska's VPSO program. This included new laws allowing VPSOs to carry firearms to protect themselves and others.
- Don Page (born in 1948) is a theoretical physicist. A physicist is a scientist who studies how the world works, from tiny particles to huge galaxies. Don Page grew up in Manokotak because his parents taught at the elementary school there.
