Manuel Paso facts for kids
Manuel Paso (born in 1864, died in 1901) was a Spanish poet and playwright. He wrote poems and plays.
He was born in the city of Granada, Spain. Manuel Paso was one of five Spanish writers who came before a new style of poetry called Modernist poetry. These writers were sometimes called "pre-modernists."
He worked for magazines like Germinal and La Democracia Social. His poems also appeared in another magazine called Los Madriles. Sadly, Manuel Paso passed away when he was only 35 years old. He died from a serious illness called tuberculosis.
