Showing Her Art

Margaret Gere showed her paintings in many places. She exhibited her work at the New English Art Club. She also had her own shows. These were called solo exhibitions. One was at the Cotswold Gallery in 1922. Another was at the Beaux Arts Gallery in 1929. Years later, in 1984, a special show of her art was held. This was at the Cheltenham Art Gallery. It was a retrospective, which means it looked back at her entire career.
