Martina Dalić (born 12 November 1967) is a Croatian economist and government official. She served as a Deputy Prime Minister of Croatia and also as the Minister of Economy, Small and Medium Entrepreneurship and Crafts. She held these important roles in the government led by Prime Minister Andrej Plenković.
Martina Dalić was the first woman to be the Minister of Economy in Croatia. Before that, she was also the first and only woman to serve as Croatia's Minister of Finance. She was the Minister of Finance from December 2010 to December 2011. She is a member of the Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) political party.

Early Life and Education
Martina Štimec was born in Velika Gorica, a city in Croatia. Her father was from Letovanić and her mother was from Vrlika. She studied at the University of Zagreb Faculty of Economics and Business. She finished her studies and graduated in 1990.
Career in Government
Martina Dalić started working for the Croatian finance ministry in 1995. She became the head of the department that predicts how the economy will grow. This was under the Finance Minister at the time, Božo Prka. In 1997, she was promoted to assistant minister.
In 2000, she left her government job. She then worked as the chief economist at a bank called Privredna banka Zagreb.
Return to Public Service
After a few years, the HDZ political party won the election in 2003. Martina Dalić returned to the finance ministry in 2004. She worked in the Central State Strategy Office. She was also Croatia's main negotiator for financial laws. This was during the time when Croatia was working to join the European Union.
Leaving the HDZ Party
On 22 September 2014, Martina Dalić decided to leave the HDZ party. She felt that the party did not have a strong plan to help Croatia's economy. She wrote an open letter explaining her reasons. She believed that Croatia needed a government that was well-prepared and focused on solving real problems. She felt the HDZ was not changing its approach.
Resignation from Government
Martina Dalić resigned from her position as a minister in the government of Andrej Plenković in May 2018.
