Martins Isoken Imhangbe, born on July 7, 1991, is a talented actor from Britain and Nigeria. He first started acting in plays. He even got a special award nomination for his role in a play called Richard II in 2018. Since 2020, you might know him as Will Mondrich in the popular Netflix show Bridgerton.

Martins Imhangbe's Early Life
Martins Imhangbe was born in Edo State, Nigeria. When he was young, from age 2 to 7, he lived in Greece. He learned to speak Greek very well during that time! Later, his family moved to South East London.
Martins was interested in acting. He studied Performing Arts at Lewisham College. He tried to get into drama school, but it didn't work out at first. So, he studied Technical Theatre at Southwark College instead. He tried again for drama school and got into the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. He finished his studies there in 2013.
Martins Imhangbe's Acting Career
After finishing drama school, Martins started getting roles in plays. He acted in shows like A Human Being Died That Night, Cinderella, and Romeo and Juliet.
He also starred in a play called Lionboy. This play was based on a book series. The show started in London and traveled to many places. It went to New York City, South Africa, Hong Kong, and South Korea! Martins became a special artist with the theatre group that put on Lionboy. He also acted in other plays in London, like Octagon and The Royale.
In 2018, Martins played two roles in the play Richard II in London. His acting was so good that he was nominated for a special award called the Ian Charleson Award. This play was even filmed for people to watch in cinemas. That same year, he toured Australia and New Zealand with a play called Barber Shop Chronicles. He also appeared in Absolute Hell at the Royal National Theatre.
In 2019, Martins played Happy Loman in the play Death of a Salesman. He also played the main character, Othello, in the play Othello when it toured to Shanghai.
Martins got his first big TV role in 2020. He plays Will Mondrich in the Netflix series Bridgerton. His character is based on a real-life boxer named Bill Richmond. Martins trained hard for this role, learning boxing moves with a coach.
