May Milloy appeared in two Broadway plays in 1912. These plays were called The Fatted Calf and The Point of View. She also acted in other shows like My Geraldine in 1896. Later, she toured with Mr. Hopkinson in 1909. This tour included cities like Seattle and San Francisco.

From 1912 to 1913, May Milloy performed in a show called More Sinned Against Than Usual. This was a "high-class travesty sketch," which means it was a funny, exaggerated performance. She also joined an all-woman vaudeville show called Beauty is Only Skin Deep from 1914 to 1915. Vaudeville was a popular type of entertainment with many different acts.
