Meadowood is a community in Butler County, Pennsylvania, United States. It is called a census-designated place (CDP). This means it's an area that the government counts for population, but it's not an officially organized city or town. In 2010, about 2,693 people lived in Meadowood. By 2020, the population had grown slightly to 2,729 people.

Where is Meadowood?
Meadowood is located in Butler Township. It sits on higher ground just south of the city of Butler. Another community, Oak Hills, is located to its southwest.
A creek called Connoquenessing Creek forms the northwest border of Meadowood. This creek flows from Butler and eventually joins the Beaver River.
A main road, Pennsylvania Route 356, goes through Meadowood. You can take this road north to get to downtown Butler. If you go southeast on the road, you'll reach Freeport, which is about 16 miles away on the Allegheny River.
