Media Luna (pronounced "Meh-dya Loo-na") is a town and a special area called a municipality in Cuba. It is part of the Granma Province. The town is located right on the coast, next to the Gulf of Guacanayabo. You can find it between two other towns, Niquero and Campechuela.
Media Luna is known for its coastal location. It is a place where many people live and work. The name "Media Luna" means "Half Moon" in Spanish.
