Mercy Aigbe (born on January 1, 1978) is a famous Nigerian actress, director, and businesswoman. She is well-known for her roles in Yoruba language movies. She also has a strong interest in fashion.

Early Life and Education
Mercy Aigbe was born in Edo State, Nigeria. Her parents are Pa Aigbe and Mrs. Abisola Grace Owodunni. She grew up in Benin City, the capital of Edo State. Mercy is the second of five children in her family.
She went to St. Francis Primary School and Maryland Comprehensive Secondary School in Ikeja, Lagos State. Later, she studied at The Polytechnic, Ibadan, in Oyo State. There, she earned a diploma in Financial Studies. In 2001, Mercy Aigbe graduated from the University of Lagos with a degree in Theater Arts.
Acting Career
Mercy Aigbe started her acting journey in TV shows. One of her early roles was in the popular drama series "Papa Ajasco." She fully joined the Nollywood film industry in 2006. Her role in the movie 'Ara,' produced by Remi Olupo, made her very famous.
In 2016, Mercy Aigbe opened her own drama school. It is called the "Mercy Aigbe Gentry School of Drama."

Mercy Aigbe has two children. In 2022, she married Kazim Adeoti, who is also known as Adekaz. In 2023, Mercy became a Muslim and changed her name to Hajiya Meena.
