Merval was a small village, known as a commune, located in northern France. It was part of the Aisne department. On January 1, 2016, Merval joined with other nearby villages to form a new, larger commune called Les Septvallons. This means Merval is no longer a separate commune on its own.
Where is Merval?
Merval is found in the northern part of France, within the Aisne department. It is situated in a region known for its rolling hills and countryside. The village sits at an elevation of about 159 meters (around 520 feet) above sea level. Its total area is about 3.36 square kilometers, which is roughly 1.3 square miles.
