Miami Beach is a small community located in Lower Township, which is part of Cape May County in the state of New Jersey. It is called an "unincorporated community" because it doesn't have its own separate local government. Instead, it's governed as part of the larger Lower Township.
This area sits right on the beautiful Delaware Bay. Miami Beach is actually part of a larger place called Villas. There's also a beach here with the same name, perfect for enjoying the water.
The story of Miami Beach began in the 1920s. A company from Philadelphia, called the Miami Beach Builders Corporation, explored the land. They decided to create this community here.
