Michał Pazdan (born on September 21, 1987) is a Polish professional footballer. He plays as a centre-back, which is a defensive position, and is the captain for the I liga club Wieczysta Kraków.

Michał Pazdan's Club Journey
Starting Out at Hutnik Kraków
Michał Pazdan began his football journey at Hutnik Kraków. He worked his way up through the youth teams. By the 2003–04 season, he was part of the club's main team.
Playing for Górnik Zabrze
In 2007, Pazdan joined Górnik Zabrze. He played his first game in Poland's top league, the Ekstraklasa, on September 14, 2007. That season, he played in 19 matches, helping his team finish in eighth place.
Moving to Jagiellonia Białystok
After his time at Górnik Zabrze, Pazdan moved to Jagiellonia Białystok. He played many games for them, showing his skills as a strong defender. He later returned to Jagiellonia Białystok in 2021 for another two seasons.
Success with Legia Warsaw
On June 24, 2015, Pazdan joined Legia Warsaw, one of Poland's biggest clubs. He had a very successful time there, winning several league titles and cups.

Playing for Poland
Michał Pazdan played for the Poland national team 38 times. His first game for Poland was on December 15, 2007, in a friendly match against Bosnia and Herzegovina.
UEFA Euro 2016 Heroics
Pazdan was part of the Polish squad for UEFA Euro 2008, but he did not play in any games. However, during Euro 2016, he became a national hero. In a match against Germany, who were the World Champions at the time, Pazdan played incredibly well. He was named the Man of the match and helped Poland get a draw. This result was very important because it helped Poland reach the knockout stages of the tournament for the first time ever! His great performances even made some big clubs from the Premier League interested in him.
Poland went on to beat Switzerland in a penalty shootout to reach the quarter-finals.
2018 FIFA World Cup Appearance
In June 2018, Pazdan was chosen to be in Poland's team for the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia.
