Michael went to Riverdale High School in Riverdale, Georgia. He then played college football at Hampton University. After college, he played for many different teams in several leagues. These included the Jacksonville Sharks, Montreal Alouettes, Miami Dolphins, Chicago Bears, San Diego Chargers, Detroit Lions, Seattle Seahawks, New York Giants, Buffalo Bills, Los Angeles Chargers, and New Orleans Saints.

Early Professional Career
Michael Ola began his professional career in 2012. He first joined the Jacksonville Sharks in the Arena Football League (AFL). Later that year, he moved to the Montreal Alouettes in the Canadian Football League (CFL). He played for the Alouettes during the 2012 and 2013 seasons.
Playing in the NFL
In 2014, Michael Ola signed with the Miami Dolphins to try and join the NFL. He later moved to the Chicago Bears.
Time with the Chicago Bears
Michael Ola made his NFL debut with the Chicago Bears on September 7, 2014. This was a big moment for him. The next week, he got his first start in an NFL game. He played in many different positions on the offensive line for the Bears that season.
Moving to Other Teams
After his time with the Bears, Michael Ola continued to play for several NFL teams. He joined the San Diego Chargers in 2015. Later that year, he signed with the Detroit Lions.
