Michelle Bridges (born 20 October 1970) is a famous Australian personal trainer, author, and television personality. She is best known for being a trainer on the Australian TV show The Biggest Loser from 2007 to 2015.

Early Life and Starting Out

Michelle Bridges grew up in Newcastle, New South Wales. She went to Lambton High School. Even as a teenager, she was passionate about fitness.

When she was just 14, she had a great idea. She noticed some students at her school weren't active and didn't play sports. She decided to start fitness classes just for them.

After high school, at age 18, she graduated from the Australian Institute of Fitness. This made her a certified fitness instructor. Since 2009, she has been an ambassador for the institute, helping to inspire others.

When she was 18, Michelle went through a very difficult and scary experience. She showed great courage by reporting it to the police and speaking about it in court. The person who harmed her was found responsible for his actions. This event showed how strong and brave she is.
