Michelle Bridges (born 20 October 1970) is an Australian personal trainer, author, and television personality. She is well-known for helping people get fit and healthy. From 2007 to 2015, she was a trainer on the TV show The Biggest Loser in Australia. She first appeared on the show in its second season.
