Midway's Location and Surroundings
Midway is located right in the middle of LaSalle Parish. You can find it at these coordinates: 31.682294 degrees North and -92.146866 degrees West.
It shares its borders with a few other places. To the north and east, you'll find Jena, which is the main town and the "parish seat" (like a county seat) of LaSalle Parish. To the west, Midway is next to Good Pine.
How to Get Around Midway
Two main roads pass through Midway. U.S. Route 84 goes through the northern part of the community. If you follow it east, you'll reach Jena. If you go northwest for about 14 miles (23 km), you'll get to Tullos.
Louisiana Highway 8 runs through the southern part of Midway. This road also leads east into Jena. If you head southwest on Highway 8 for about 21 miles (34 km), you'll arrive in Pollock.
