Michael Stanley Kemp Chattey (born on January 9, 1961) is an important person in the Conservative Party. He has been in charge of getting money for the party since 2001. This job is called "head of fundraising."

Then, he moved to London. There, he spent 15 years working in advertising. He worked for big companies like Evans Hunt Scott and Leo Burnett Advertising. He helped with ads for well-known brands like McDonald's and Kodak.
In 2002, Lord Ashcroft hired him. Mike Chattey joined the Conservative Party's Treasurers' Department. He was promoted in 2012. That's when he became the head of fundraising.
