Milis, also called Miris in the Sardinian language, is a small town in Italy. It is a comune, which is like a municipality or local government area. Milis is located on the beautiful island of Sardinia, which is part of Italy.

This town is found in the Province of Oristano. It is about 100 kilometers (62 miles) northwest of Cagliari, which is a larger city. Milis is also about 15 kilometers (9 miles) north of Oristano. In December 2004, about 1,704 people lived in Milis. The town covers an area of 18.7 square kilometers (7.2 square miles).

Milis shares its borders with several other towns. These include Narbolia, Bauladu, Bonarcado, San Vero Milis, Seneghe, and Tramatza.
