Miloš Jojić, born on March 19, 1992, is a professional footballer from Serbia. He plays as an attacking midfielder, which means he helps both attack and defend in the middle of the field. Currently, he plays for the Spanish club CD Castellón.

Club Career Highlights

Starting His Journey

Miloš Jojić began his football journey in 2003. He joined the youth team of Partizan, a well-known club in Serbia. In 2010, he started playing for Teleoptik, which was his first senior team.

In January 2012, Miloš signed his first professional contract with Partizan. Even though he signed with Partizan, he stayed on loan at Teleoptik until the end of the 2011–12 season. During his time at Teleoptik, he played in 60 league games and scored 14 goals.

Playing for Partizan

Miloš made his first official appearance for Partizan on September 15, 2012. He scored a goal in his very first game, helping his team win 5–2 against Hajduk Kula.

A very important moment for Miloš came on May 18, 2013. In a big game known as the Belgrade derby, he scored the winning goal. This goal came from a free kick in the 90th minute of the game. It helped Partizan win their sixth championship title in a row!

Moving to Borussia Dortmund

On January 31, 2014, Miloš Jojić moved to Germany. He signed a contract with Borussia Dortmund, a famous German club. The transfer fee was about €2.5 million.

He played his first game for Borussia Dortmund on February 15, 2014. He came into the game as a substitute in the 67th minute. Amazingly, just 17 seconds after stepping onto the field, Miloš scored a goal! This was his very first touch of the ball in the game. It was the fastest goal ever scored by a player making their debut in the Bundesliga, which is Germany's top football league.

Time at 1. FC Köln

In July 2015, Miloš joined another German club, 1. FC Köln, for about €3 million. He played his first game for them on August 8, 2015, in a cup match where they won 4–0.

Playing in Turkey and Austria

On July 10, 2018, Miloš moved to Turkey to play for İstanbul Başakşehir F.K.. Later, on February 3, 2020, he went on loan to Wolfsberger AC, an Austrian club.

Returning to Partizan

Miloš Jojić returned to his former club, Partizan, on October 3, 2020. He played for them again in the Serbian SuperLiga.

Playing in Latvia and Spain

After his contract with Partizan ended in 2022, Miloš joined the Latvian club Riga on February 9, 2023. More recently, on January 15, 2025, it was announced that he would be joining the Spanish club CD Castellón.

International Career

Miloš Jojić has also played for his home country, Serbia, at different levels.

Youth Teams

In 2011, he represented Serbia at the UEFA Under-19 Championship. He scored one goal in their first game against Turkey. He also played for the Serbia Under-21 team in the 2015 UEFA Under-21 Championship.

Senior National Team

Miloš made his debut for the senior national team on October 11, 2013. This was in a friendly game against Japan. He scored a goal in the 90th minute, helping Serbia win 2–0. He played a total of 5 games for the senior team and scored 1 goal. His last game for Serbia was a friendly match against Greece in November 2014.
