Shazrina binti Azman (born July 1, 1980), better known as Mizz Nina, is a well-known Malaysian fashion designer, motivational speaker, and humanitarian. She helps people in need and co-founded an Islamic lifestyle channel called Dopstv.
Before her current work, Mizz Nina was a famous musician. She was a singer, songwriter, rapper, and dancer. She has since retired from music to focus on her other passions. She is also the daughter of Azman Hashim, the Chairman of the AmBank Group.

Music Career
Mizz Nina had a successful career in music for over a decade. She started in a group and later became a popular solo artist.
1999–2007: Starting with Teh Tarik Crew
In 1999, Mizz Nina helped form one of Malaysia's first important hip-hop groups, the Teh Tarik Crew. The group became very popular and was nominated for two AIM awards, which are like the Malaysian version of the Grammys.
Their first album was called How's The Level?. Their second album, What's Next?, also earned them award nominations. The group decided to go their separate ways in 2007 so each member could work on their own projects.
2007–2013: Becoming a Solo Star
After Teh Tarik Crew, Mizz Nina launched her solo career. In 2010, she released her first album, What You Waiting For. The album featured collaborations with international artists like Theo Martins and Colby O'Donis.
Her song with Colby O'Donis, also called "What You Waiting For", became a huge hit. She even toured in Sri Lanka and India to perform it for her fans there.
Gaining International Fame
Mizz Nina's fame grew even more when she worked with American rapper Flo Rida on a song called "Takeover". The music video was filmed in Miami and became a viral hit on YouTube, getting over 1.5 million views.
In 2013, she released the single Around The World with Korean-American star Jay Park. The music video was filmed in South Korea and was very popular with fans.
Because of her international success, Mizz Nina was invited to host an episode of The MTV Iggy Show live from Times Square in New York City. She said it was an experience she would never forget.
Concerts and Performances
As a popular artist, Mizz Nina performed at many big events. She was on stage at the MTV World Stage in 2012 and the Twin Towers Alive festival in 2011 and 2013. She also performed as the opening act for the American rapper Pitbull during his concert in Malaysia in 2011.
A New Chapter in Life
In 2011, Mizz Nina married Noh Salleh, the singer for the band Hujan. In 2013, the couple performed the Hajj, an important religious pilgrimage for Muslims.
After returning, Mizz Nina decided to make some changes in her life. She announced her retirement from singing to focus on her faith, her fashion business, and her work helping others. Mizz Nina and Noh Salleh announced their separation in 2022. She has since remarried.
Even though she no longer performs, Mizz Nina still uses her musical talents. She has worked as a vocal coach, helping to teach new singers.

Besides music, Mizz Nina is also a successful businesswoman and TV personality.
Fashion and Production
Mizz Nina has her own fashion labels for women called Mizz Demeanor and Madeena Clothing. She is very involved in designing for her brands.
She also has a production company called Big Fish Entertainment. Through her company, she produced a 13-episode TV show for children called The Cici & Caca Show.

Mizz Nina has hosted several television shows. These include Into Taqwa With Mizz Nina on TV Alhijrah and The Mizz Nina Show on Astro Maya HD. Her shows often focus on faith and positive living.
Awards and Recognition
Throughout her music career, Mizz Nina won several awards for her work.
- Anugerah Industri Muzik (AIM): In 2012, she won two AIM awards. One was for Best Album Cover for her album Takeover, and the other was the "Touring Artist Award" for her successful tours.
- Shout! Awards: She won multiple Shout! Awards, including the "Flava Award" for best Hip Hop/R&B artist in 2010 and 2013. She also won "Best Music Video" in 2012 for her song With You.
