Mohamadou Idrissou played for many different football clubs during his career. He often moved between teams in Germany and other countries.
Playing for Eintracht Frankfurt
In 2011, Idrissou joined Eintracht Frankfurt, a club in Germany's 2. Bundesliga. He helped them a lot by scoring 14 goals. This helped the team get promoted back to the top league, the Bundesliga.
Moving to 1. FC Kaiserslautern
Even though he helped Eintracht Frankfurt get promoted, Idrissou surprised many by signing with another 2. Bundesliga team, 1. FC Kaiserslautern, in July 2012.
International Club Moves
After playing in Germany, Idrissou moved to Israel in 2014. He signed with Maccabi Haifa. However, he left the team later that year. In 2015, he moved to North Macedonia to play for FK Shkëndija.
Return to Germany and Retirement
In 2015, Idrissou returned to Germany and joined KFC Uerdingen 05. After two years there, he played for Union Hallein in Austria. In 2018, he moved to FC Kufstein, also in Austria. In October 2020, he signed with Viktoria Griesheim in Germany's fifth-tier league. He officially stopped playing professional football in 2021.
