Starting Out in Theatre

Mohib Mirza began his acting career in theatre in 1999. He was studying for his Bachelor's degree in Commerce. He needed money for his next semester. So, he and his friends started their own theatre company. They called it Dramaybaaz.

They wrote and directed an Urdu play called One Way Ticket. It was shown for seven days and was very popular. Mohib earned a lot of money from it. This helped him continue his studies.

First Steps in Television

Mirza first appeared on television in a popular PTV drama called Zebunnisa. This show was about a girl who faced domestic violence. Since then, Mohib has acted in many TV shows, movies made for TV (telefilms), and funny TV series (sitcoms). He has also appeared in many TV commercials.
