Mohsen Movaghar (Persian: محسن موقر, Persian pronunciation: m oh h - s eh n - mo - v -a g- gha -r ) (1924–2013) was a Persian politician, Journalist and Editor who served as the Member of parliament in Iran under Mohammad Reza Pahlavi. He represented Dezful, Khuzestan Province in the 21th, 22th and 23th National Consultative Assembly.
Early life
Mohsen was born in Iran to Iranian parents. His father Jalal Movaghar was the Mayor and Governor of Khorramshahr and his mother Fatmeh Bibi Movaghar, was the Mayor 's wife , in the 11th, 12th, 13th, and 16th National Consultative Assembly.
Career
Mohsen served as the lawyer deputy minister in National Consultative Assembly of Mohammad Reza Pahlavi. He used to work with Ali Amini a parent of his aunt, a young princess from Qajar dynasty.
Personal life
Mohsen is a brother of an Iranian scholar Khodadad Movaghar who served in Iranian Army as a military officer under Mohammad Reza Pahlavi. Princess Nastranbaji
of Solomonid dynasty was the nurse of Mohsen and his brother Khodadad called DieuDonné after her freedom by Khatoon, from slavery.
