"Moirang Shayon" (Meitei: ꯃꯣꯢꯔꯥꯡ ꯁꯥꯌꯣꯟ) or "Moirang Saiyon" (Meitei: ꯃꯣꯢꯔꯥꯡ ꯁꯥꯢꯌꯣꯟ) means "Moirang incarnations." It's a collection of ancient stories from the Moirang kingdom. Henjunaha was a young boy who had lost his parents. Thongnang Lairoulembi was the daughter of a very wealthy man. Their story is the second in the Moirang Shayon series.
Khuyol Haoba and Yaithing Konu: The Minister's Son
Khuyol Haoba was the son of a minister who had passed away. Yaithing Konu was the daughter of someone important in the royal court. They form the third pair of lovers in these tales.
Thangjahanba and Tonu Laijinglembi: The Blacksmith and the Queen
Kadeng Thangjahanba worked as a blacksmith. Tonu Laijinglembi was the queen of the Moirang king. Their unique story is the fourth one in the collection.
Khubomba and Pidonu: The Queen's Son
Khubomba was the son of Queen Tonu Laijinglembi. Pidonu was a lady from the Moirang area. They are the fifth pair of special people in these stories.
