Molly Qerim was born in New Haven, Connecticut. She grew up in Cheshire, Connecticut. Her mother is Italian Catholic, and her father is Albanian.
Molly went to Cheshire High School. After high school, she studied at the University of Connecticut. There, she earned a degree in communications. She also studied business. Later, she got a master's degree in broadcast journalism from Quinnipiac University.
