What's the Story About?
The movie is about a man named Hank Dussard. He moves to France to start a new life. Hank buys an olive grove, which is a farm where olives grow. He has a big idea to help with the harvest. Hank decides to use chimpanzees to pick the olives!
This idea makes the local workers very upset. They are worried about their jobs. Hank tries to show everyone that the chimps are helpful. He gets some support from Father Sylvain, a kind priest.
