Dean Carroll Jones (born January 25, 1931 – died September 1, 2015) was a well-known American actor. He was born in Decatur, Alabama.

Dean Jones was most famous for his fun and friendly main roles in many Walt Disney movies. These films were made between 1965 and 1977. He was especially loved for his parts in The Love Bug and Beethoven.

He passed away in Los Angeles, California, at the age of 84. His death was due to Parkinson's disease.
