Where Does It Live?

As of 2019, scientists have only seen the Litoria vivissimia once. This sighting happened in a place called Central Cordillera. This makes it a very rare and special frog!

Scientists used a special method called DNA barcoding to learn more about the Litoria vivissimia. This method helps them study the frog's DNA. They also compared it to its relatives, like the parachuting frog and the original Pinocchio frog. This helps them understand how these frogs are related.
