Monòver is a town and municipality located in the Valencian Community of Spain. It is part of the comarca (a type of region) called Vinalopó Mitjà. The town is known by two names: Monòver in Valencian and Monóvar in Spanish.

Monòver is found in the Alicante province in southeastern Spain. It is part of the Valencian Community, which is one of Spain's 17 autonomous communities. This means it has its own government and laws, similar to a state or province.
