The Morigeau River (in French: rivière Morigeau) is a river in Quebec, Canada. It flows into the rivière du Sud (Montmagny). The rivière du Sud then flows into the mighty St. Lawrence River.
The Morigeau River passes through a few towns. These include Saint-François-de-la-Rivière-du-Sud, Saint-Pierre-de-la-Rivière-du-Sud, and Montmagny. All these places are in the Montmagny Regional County Municipality. This area is part of the Chaudière-Appalaches region in Quebec.

River's Journey
The Morigeau River starts in a forest and mountain area. Its source is near Route 283 in Montmagny. This starting point is about 290 meters (950 feet) above sea level. It is also close to the town of Notre-Dame-du-Rosaire.
The river flows for about 23.5 kilometers (14.6 miles). It generally flows northeast. It runs somewhat parallel to the rivière du Sud (Montmagny). It also flows near the rivière des Poitras.
Where the River Flows
The Morigeau River's journey can be broken down:
- It flows about 6.4 km (4 miles) west in Montmagny.
- Then, it goes 2.1 km (1.3 miles) west, crossing Chemin des Merisiers-Est.
- Next, it travels 5.0 km (3.1 miles) southeast.
- After that, it flows 7.0 km (4.3 miles) southwest. It passes a small lake and picks up water from the rivière des Poitras.
- Finally, it flows 3.0 km (1.9 miles) north, winding its way to its end.
