Morrison Bluff is in the northern part of Logan County. It sits next to a part of Lake Dardanelle, which is a large lake formed by the Arkansas River.

You can reach the town by State Highway 109. This highway goes south about 2 miles to Scranton. If you go north on the highway, you will cross the Arkansas River. About 5 miles north, you will reach U.S. Route 64.
