Moscow is a small place in Jefferson County, Arkansas, in the United States. It's called an "unincorporated community." This means it doesn't have its own local government like a city or town does. Instead, it's part of the larger county. You can find Moscow near where two main roads, U.S. Route 65 and Arkansas Highway 199, meet. It's about 13 miles (21 km) east-southeast of a bigger city called Pine Bluff. Even though it's small, Moscow has its own post office and a special ZIP code, which is 71659.
Education
Students living in Moscow attend schools that are part of the Pine Bluff School District. Before July 1, 1984, Moscow was in the Linwood School District. However, the Linwood School District joined with the Pine Bluff School District on that date. This means all the schools in the Linwood area became part of the Pine Bluff system. As of 2021, all younger students (pre-kindergarten) from the Pine Bluff School District area, including Moscow, go to the Forrest Park/Greenville School.
